During WHM, many brands promote women on their social feed. But are they actually promoting women internally? The data says ‘no.’ That’s why for our 2024’s Women’s History Month brief, we decided to use Indeed’s paid and organic social platforms to explain why companies should do more to actually promote women in their careers. We used the #ActuallyPromoteWomen as a rallying cry and thread for the work. All of the assets lead to a landing page where people could learn more. The film below is our launch video.
